These terms are an agreement between you and DarkArt Studio (“we”, “us”), the maker of AI Garden (“the app”). By using the app you accept them. If you download it from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.
What the app does
The app makes AI pictures of how a garden, yard or room could look, with plant lists, build guides, and daily tips and weather for your gardens. Designs are ideas to inspire you, not professional plans.
Free and Pro
- Each device gets one free design.
- Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly, with 30 designs a month (the count starts again on the 1st of each month; unused designs don't carry over). Designs that fail don't count.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings, or from Settings › Manage subscription in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Deleting your account in the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
Your photos and designs
You keep all rights to the photos you add and to the designs made from them. You let us store and process them only to provide the app to you. Only add photos you have the right to use. You can delete them at any time.
AI results, plants and building
Designs are made by AI and may be inaccurate: they are illustrations, not measured drawings. Plant suggestions, hardiness zones, build guides and tips are general guidance. Before you plant, dig or build, check local rules, permits, underground utilities, toxic plants for children and pets, and ask a qualified professional where needed. You are responsible for what you build or plant.
Fair use
Don't use the app to break the law, to make content that is illegal, hateful or sexual, or to harm others. Don't try to get around its limits, copy or reverse-engineer it, or overload it with automated requests. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made from designs, plant lists or guides. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top; using the app after that means you accept them.
